Unless indicated otherwise, this Policy applies only to personal information collected through the websites, microsites, mobile applications, and other online services of Victoria's Secret, Pink, and Pink Nation that expressly adopt, display, or link to this Policy, and then only to the extent indicated (collectively, the “Services”).

DO WE COLLECT CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Our Services are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13) (or other relevant ages, which may apply by virtue of applicable law) through our Services.
